AGENCY SELF-DESCRIPTION:

AzCA provides the following services in Yavapai County: Foster Care and Adoption Services, including training and licensure. Referrals are accepted from the Arizona Department of Child Safety for Independent Living Services and In Home Family Support and Reunification Services. We have parenting programs such as the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program. PAT is a free home visitation program (prenatal to Kindergarten entry) that partners with families by providing support, community resources, and fun educational activities to prepare their children for success in school and life! Additionally, the PAT program has a Teen Closet, with resources and items for pregnant teens. Furthermore, the Child Haven resource and referral services allows us to provide referral information, along with free clothing and items for infants and toddlers, when available.
