Head Start, a federally funded program, serves children zero to five years of age. NACOG Head Start programs use a comprehensive approach to meet the needs of enrolled children and their families. The programs work with families to address the education, health, dental, and nutrition needs of young children and provide many opportunities for parents to become engaged and to empower their own growth and development.
