DEL E. WEBB FAMILY ENRICHMENT CENTER (Yavapai College)

Title
MISSION: The Del E. Webb Family Enrichment Center provides a developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 3 months through 5 years, while serving as a laboratory school for students in the Early Childhood Education program at Yavapai College. The Center offers a quality program based on best practices, promotes parent involvement, and serves as a model for the broader community.

NORTHERN ARIZONA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (NACOG) HEAD START

AGENCY SELF-DESCRIPTION:

Head Start, a federally funded program, serves children zero to five years of age. NACOG Head Start programs use a comprehensive approach to meet the needs of enrolled children and their families. The programs work with families to address the education, health, dental, and nutrition needs of young children and provide many opportunities for parents to become engaged and to empower their own growth and development.

We work toward the fulfillment of human potential and enrichment of quality of life. AMERICAN LUTHERAN SCHOOL

MISSION STATEMENT:

American Lutheran School is about to enter its 30th year serving the needs of families with young children.  Our school is a special place for children to come and learn about the world God so wonderfully created.  We encourage each child to develop his/her unique abilities through hands-on-learning experiences.  Our goal is to be an intentional enrichment program, adding to the nurturing foundations parents are providing at home.  Academic skills are incorporated regularly through a wide variety of fun activities

MISSION STATEMENT: 

The Learning Castle Childrens Center LLC, is dedicated to providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that allows children to develop at their own pace.  We believe that children need to have a positive self-image.  We foster that image, along with their developmental growth in the areas of intellectual, social, physical and emotional skills, through a variety of group activities, individual play, and quiet periods.  Our program makes use of many play and learning materials that help the children gain confidence in their abilities to accomplish and create.
