REACH OUT AND READ ARIZONA- Arizona Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics

AGENCY SELF-DESCRIPTION: Reach Out and Read prepares America’s youngest children to succeed in school by partnering with doctors to prescribe books and encourage families to read together. During the well child visit at participating clinics, children aged six months through 5 years are given a new book to keep and parents are advised to read aloud. Participating clinics in Yavapai County include: Yavapai County Community Health Centers in Prescott, Prescott Valley and Cottonwood, Cornerstone Pediatrics, Yavapai Regional Medical Center/ Partners for Healthy Students, Ponderosa Pediatrics & North Country Community Health Center/Ash Fork & Seligman Clinics.
