MISSION: To continuously improve comprehensive systems of care that enhances the health, future and quality of life for children and youth, their families and the communities in which they live. To maximize the health of children and youth with special health care needs by building partnerships with families and professionals, both public and private, so that CYSHCN have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

To this end, we strive to work with Yavapai County families with children (birth to 3) to provide the best possible early intervention services available, without regard to degree of delay, income, or race.

AGENCY SELF-DESCRIPTION:

CFSS provides a full range of out-patient behavioral health services for children and families. Most services are provided in homes, schools, and the community.

AGENCY SELF-DESCRIPTION:

Children’s Rehabilitative Services (CRS) clinics provide coordinated services for Arizona’s special needs children including diagnosis, surgery, hospitalization, rehabilitation, medication, and allied health services. Many families pay nothing or are covered by AHCCCS.

To provide vital services, education and advocacy for those living in poverty, leading to self-sufficiency and a fair and just community for all.

MISSION: Provide support for women who are in a crisis pregnancy or related problem.

Connections Equine Therapy Program endeavors to provide a safe, supportive, loving environment for people and horses to bond, interact and relate to help create the opportunities for personal growth and empowerment, and for the purpose of learning individual coping skills.
