YAVAPAI FAMILY ADVOCACY CENTER

AGENCY SELF DESCRIPTION:

At the Yavapai Family Advocacy Center, individuals and families have the opportunity to obtain a variety of crisis services in one location, with all agencies working together to stop the hurt and start the healing process.  The Center coordinates with Law Enforcement, Department of Child Safety, Prosecution, and Advocates to support individuals and their families who have experienced child abuse, domestic violence, or sexual assault.  Trained advocates and therapists provide emotional support, information, and crisis counseling. Speakers are available to to train organizations about recognizing the signs of abuse and how to report it.
