PRESCOTT PUBLIC LIBRARY
MISSION:
To serve as a cultural, informational, educational and recreational center for self-directed, lifelong learning by providing free access to comprehensive and quality print and non-print materials, collections and services that will be relevant to the wide-ranging needs of the citizens of Prescott.
AGENCY SELF-DESCRIPTION:
All Yavapai County residents are eligible to get a library card, which provides access to more than a million library items at libraries throughout Yavapai County. PPL offers fun and educational programs for children from babies to teens, including story times, annual summer reading programs, and online tutoring. Call for information. Hours: Mondays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesdays 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesdays 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursdays 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sundays 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
