LIFE CONNECTIONS, PREGNANCY RESOURCE AND REFERRAL

Our mission is to provide mental health consumer-operated support, education, and training services to mental health consumers in northern Arizona. NAZCARE, Inc. supportive housing provides safe, affordable, and well-maintained housing facilities that encourage and support recovery programs, services and personal development.

NORTH STAR YOUTH PARTNERSHIP

PARTNERS FOR HEALTHY STUDENTS, YAVAPAI REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER

MISSION: To provide school-based healthcare services to uninsured, underinsured and AHCCCS/KidsCare eligible children. Healthcare services are provided to children in the Prescott, Humboldt and Chino Valley unified school districts through in-school clinics. Healthcare services are also provided to children through the Partners for Healthy Students Mobile Kids Health Clinic – a state-of-the-art mobile clinic that travels to outlying communities in western Yavapai County. Healthcare services are provided by Partners for Healthy Students at no charge to families.
